Madison’s eagerness for advocacy was cultivated at the University of Alabama while studying Social Work, but began much earlier. In 2010, her sophomore year of high school, Madison created and ran the Suicide Prevention Organization which was recognized by the Alabama Department of Public Health and is now the basis for pending Alabama legislation. Madison has given over 120 presentations and keynote speeches across the state of Alabama on Teen Suicide Prevention in the Educational Setting.

During approximately two years of health complications beginning in the Fall of 2014, including emergency brain surgery, a medically-induced coma, rib removal, and much more, Madison connected with a local non-profit organization, Blanket Fort Hope, working to end domestic child human trafficking. After writing the educational curriculum for Blanket Fort Hope, she joined the staff as Education Coordinator in early 2015.

Additionally, Madison is the sole proprietor of an independent consulting firm specializing in program development. Madison has developed programs for Blanket Fort Hope, the University of Alabama, and the Birmingham Police Department. Madison's most recent program involved an 18 month long process of conceptualizing, organizing, and implementing a summer speech camp for high school students.

Madison hopes to continue her education after completing her bachelor's degree by pursuing a joint Master's/PhD program in Behavioral Economics. Madison hopes to study the economics of advocacy fueled by empathy. Madison has a passion for service, a heart for others, and is constantly striving to make the world a better place.
